The Cheetah
Keeper of the Grove
Poised between the agaves at the terrace edge, she watches every arrival the way the house watches its craft — patiently, and without blinking.

Tonk Road · Jaipur
Luxury dining inspired by nature — dense botanicals, warm brass light and a kitchen that spans the globe.
01 — The Story
MEZO began with a simple refusal — that a great restaurant must choose between nature and refinement. On Tonk Road, behind a stone owl and a wall of glowing bottles, we built a sanctuary where dense botanicals grow through carved timber, where zebra chairs rest on hand-set mosaic, and where every plate that leaves the kitchen has crossed a continent to get here.
The menagerie keeps watch. The lamps stay warm. And from the first cocktail to the last spoon of tiramisu, the city outside simply — disappears.

The Evening's First Guest
Dressed for the occasion in his bomber jacket, the hare arrives before the lamps are lit and leaves after the last pour. He has never once made a reservation.
Exhibit II / IV

Butler of the Bottle Wall
In full uniform beside a thousand glowing jars, the stag keeps the house's oldest secret — that hospitality is a kind of wilderness, carefully tended.
Exhibit III / IV

Sentinel of the Bamboo
Half-seen through the green, the guardian marks the threshold between the city you left and the sanctuary you have entered.

04 — The Bar
Hand-cut ice, house cordials and black-gloved precision. Each serve is built like the room around it — dark, warm, and impossible to photograph badly.

Stirred low and slow over hand-cut ice, finished tableside.

A silken sour misted with citrus oils at the last second.

The terrace at six o'clock, poured into a glass.

Blush-pink and cold as the marble it rests on.

A slow-melting glacier for the hottest Jaipur nights.

The house tiki — carried through the leaves to your table.
05 — Curated Dining
Dim sum beside tandoor. Sushi beside slow tomato. The kitchen refuses borders — graze the menu, the plates will follow.

Small plates from the open fire
Dim sum, bao and the sushi counter
Mains built around the tandoor and the pan
Desserts worth the candle
